Who can use LBP’s services?

Only Indonesian domestic institutions meeting verification requirements. An authorized institutional representative must submit the inquiry. LBP does not serve individuals or foreign institutions.

Is LBP an exchange or trading operator?

LBP acts as a broker/intermediary, facilitating relationships and coordination with service partners. Trading and settlement follow the partners’ authority and the parties’ agreements.

What is the minimum transaction amount?

USD 50,000 per transaction. For IDR or USDT, the team and relevant parties confirm the USD equivalent. This form does not calculate or lock an exchange rate.

How are pricing and costs determined?

One conversion price is offered for the agreed transaction amount within the quote’s validity period. Price, commission, spread, service fees, bank and FX costs, blockchain fees, taker/maker fees, taxes and other applicable components are detailed before processing. Amounts, quote validity, funding deadlines, SLAs and settlement follow a mutually approved separate agreement.

Which documents should we prepare?

Prepare institutional legal documents, ownership through to beneficial owners, signing authority, purpose and source of funds. KYC applies to relevant individuals. The final list depends on institution type, risk and partner requirements. Do not send identity documents through the public form.

Which USDT networks and settlement timelines apply?

The network, wallet/account destination, timing and settlement method are confirmed for each transaction. Do not send funds or assets before receiving official instructions and agreeing to the terms.

Does this form send an inquiry directly?

The form prepares a summary you can copy or open in your email application. You must review and send the email yourself. The website neither stores inquiries on a server nor confirms receipt.
