LBP’s broker status
PT Lintas Batas Pembayaran (LBP) acts as a broker/intermediary, connecting clients with service partners for fiat and crypto asset conversions. LBP is not a crypto asset trading operator and does not operate as an exchange.
Client eligibility
LBP serves only Indonesian domestic institutions meeting verification and client acceptance requirements. Individuals and foreign institutions are not served. Applicants must have authority to represent their institution.
Execution through partners
Partners conduct trading and settlement under their authority, applicable licensing and agreed transaction terms. The executing party, responsibilities, costs and settlement method are disclosed before approval. KYC/KYB and AML/CFT checks follow applicable rules and relevant parties’ requirements.
Costs and separate agreements
One conversion price is offered for the agreed amount during quote validity. Costs/spreads, quote validity, funding deadlines, SLAs and settlement arrangements are agreed separately for each transaction. All applicable commissions, spreads, fees, FX and bank costs, blockchain transaction fees, taker/maker fees, taxes and third-party costs are disclosed in writing before processing. Taxes follow applicable tax rules.
Details before processing
The breakdown states calculation methods, amounts or percentages, fee currencies, costs included in the price or charged separately, total funds/assets due and the net amount receivable. Inapplicable components are marked not applicable or zero. Not every fee applies to every transaction.
Changes to terms
Variable components, calculation methods, estimates and reconciliation procedures are explained before approval. Changes outside the agreed scope require renewed approval before proceeding.
An initial inquiry is not a transaction
The form only prepares an email draft. It does not submit orders, lock prices, establish the applicant’s authority or confirm verification approval. Users send the email themselves through their email applications.
